Troy, a movie directed by Wolfgang Petersen, is a story which describes about the war between Troy and Greek in Thirteenth Century. Man has waged wars for power, for treasure and for wealth. But the war waged in this movie is for love. Troy’s young prince, Paris (Orlando Bloom), and Helen (Diane Kruger), Queen of Sparta and mistress to Menelaus (Brendan Gleeson), fall in love with each other. This begins clash and becomes the cause for the war as Paris takes Helen to sail back to Troy with him. Menelaus with the help of his brother, Agamemnon who seeks for the power over the world, start to conquer Trojans. They start with laces of Greek warriors over thousands of ships towards Troy. More than everything Agamemnon is supported by Achilles (Brad Pitt), one of the brave and renowned warriors of Thirteenth century who is blessed by the Greek Gods. Agamemnon and his troop find it difficult to enter Troy as it was built along the sea shore with huge walls with archers under the leadership of brave prince Hector. This movie depicts the scene of battle field so well that it takes us to the 13th century. Will Paris defend his love? Will Hector protect his kingdom and save his country?

Based on the book by J.K.Rowling, Harry Potter and the sorcerer’s stone is directed by Chris Columbus. The basic plot of the movie revolves around a orphaned boy named Harry Potter who discovers that he is a wizard on his 11th birthday. Harry is said by his aunt Petunia that his parents died in a car accident, but he doesn’t get the answers for all his questions about his birth. He lives a miserable life with the Dursley family and is allotted a room in the cupboard under the staircase. But something mysterious happens before his 11th birthday. He receives owl posts sent from Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry, but Harry is not allowed to read it by the Dursleys. A huge half giant called Hagrid come on his birthday to deliver the letter and also celebrates Harry’s birthday. Harry enters into the world of magic and wizards. He finds everything interesting but mysterious. He gains new friends and rumors about his own birth. He finds out that his parents were killed by the dark wizard Lord Voldemort and he has escaped death with only a scar on his forehead. How can a baby with no extraordinary power escape death only with a scar? Does he pose all the powers to defend the dark wizard? Will he take his revenge on voldemort who killed his parents? Mystery continues in the sequels when Harry discovers more about his life and birth

Have man achieved everything in this world? Is possible to bring love artificially even in robots? Can robots love? Artificial Intelligence, a Steven Spielberg movie has the answer to all this questions. In the near future robots will take up an important role in all the fields of the world. Robots may take up the post of baby-sitter, gardener, house-keeper and they can also become loving son to childless parents. David (HALEY JOEL OSMENT) is a test robot who becomes a loving son to Mr. and Mrs. Swinton. Monica Swinton (Frances O'Connor) adopts David as a substitute to her real son who is suffering from cryo-stasis, an incurable disease. David enjoys all the privileges of being son to the Swintons. Not knowing that he is a robot, David moves close to his “mother” Monica and he feels that is “mother” is his whole word. He also listens to all the fairy tale stories that his mom narrates before David goes to bed. But how long will he have the full is mother’s full attention towards David? One fine day, miraculously Monica’s real son comes home getting cured. David faces a tough time with his sibling and fells that his mother has stopped loving him all together. The robot which was designed and manufactured to be loved is not used for its purpose and David is forced to leave home. David goes in search in a way to find a method to become a real boy and to go to his mother. Will David’s journey be fruitful? Will he find his mother?

Best Animated Feature Film of the Year, Ratatouille is a story of a young rat which lives in the countryside comes to the city of Paris and achieves it dream of becoming a great chef. Remy is the young rat which has an excellent sense of taste and smell has a great passion towards cooking. Inspired by the great French chef Auguste Gusteau mantra “anyone can cook”, Remy takes up high challenges. Remy proves to be different from other rats and his family. In an accident in the countryside Remy is separated from his family. Remy arrives to Paris and later it finds to be under the restaurant of its idol Chef Gusteau. Remy with its high sense of taste and smell corrects the foul made garbage boy named Linguini at Chef Gusteau five-star restaurant. Linguini and Remy pair as cooks and their terrific combination makes linguini reach the zenith of the fame in a short time and a secret letter makes him the heir to chef Gusteau. Is it true? Can anyone cook? Even a rat can? Soon the fame of Linguini earns him an enemy who works for linguini’s downfall. To add to this, Linguini is challenged by a notorious food critic, Anton Ego, when he has a misunderstanding with Remy. Can Linguini overcome the challenge and keep the name of chef Gusteau high in the air? Can he overcome all the traps set by the jealous Skinner?
